The
success of the “Polegate and local village life calendar 2013”
has led Dan Dunbar to open the competition up again to all local
residents for the fourth
year running. Residents have the chance to showcase their photographs
in a calendar,
which will then be available in aid of St
Wilfrid’s Hospice. “This
is a chance for local people to use photography to show what living
and working in Polegate means to them”.
Residents
are being asked to submit photographs
taken from in and around Polegate. That include buildings, scenery,
local events and positive aspects of living in the area.
Judges will be looking for new creative approach's to well known
Polegate and local landmarks and good technical ability.
Dan Dunbar, competition organiser said: “After the success with the three pervious calendar's. I want the community to get involved to achieve another great calendar in aid of St Wilfrid’s Hospice. “ I want local people to use photography to capture well known local and recognisable views from a new angle, to show Polegate and the local area from a new and interesting viewpoint.
